The short version

This website collects almost nothing. There are no contact forms, no cookies set by us, no analytics trackers, and no advertising pixels. If you email us, we keep the correspondence. That's essentially it.

Data Ronin is an AI and data services agency based in Austin, Texas. You can reach us at roger@dataronin.ai.

Information we collect

• Email correspondence. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it to respond to you and to conduct business you've asked us about.
• Hosting logs. This site is hosted on GitHub Pages (operated by GitHub, Inc.). Like most web hosts, GitHub may log technical data such as IP addresses for security and operational purposes. See GitHub's privacy statement.
• Web fonts. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads. See Google's privacy policy.

What we don't do

• We don't set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
• We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
• We don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.

How long we keep information

We retain email correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for the business relationship, legal compliance, and record-keeping, and then delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email us at roger@dataronin.ai and we'll handle your request.

Client engagement data

Data we handle during consulting engagements is governed by the engagement agreement and NDA for that engagement — not by this website policy. See our Security page for how we handle client data.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
